泊头市永宏模具有限公司，始建于1986年，坐落于有“铸造之乡”美誉的河北省泊头市，是一家集设计，制造，机加工为一体的铸造模具公司。
公司创建至今，融汇了的模具制造技术和经验，聚集了一批技术人才和技术工人，模具产品采用CAD/CAM/CAE等计算机辅助技术及多种高、精、尖数控加工中心与检测设备，并通过ISO质量体系认证，可满足广大客户的需求。我们本着的生产工艺、严格的质量管理、的服务理念，在客户中赢得了良好的声誉，建立了密切的合作关系。
公司在职员工70余人，其中技术人员15人。占地面积16000平方米，建筑面积7000平方米。拥有数控加工中心26台，其他车铣钻镗磨设备40余台，具有年制作1200套模具的生产能力。
公司产品主要种类有水平线模具、垂直线模具、冷热芯模具、叠箱覆膜砂模具、树脂砂用模具，精铸模具等。覆盖行业：泵、阀、管道、汽车、内燃机、工程机械等。生产的模具已成为DISA、HWS、东久、亨特、新东、济南铸锻、保定维尔等众多的自动造型线企业的模具配套供应产品。
Founded in 1986, Botou Yonghong Mold Co., Ltd. is located in Botou City, Hebei Province, which is known as “the Hometown of Casting”. It is a professional cast mold company integrating design, manufacturing and machining.
Since its establishment, the Company has integrated advanced mold manufacturing technologies and experience at home and abroad and gathered a group of outstanding professional and technical talents and skilled workers. Our mold products are fully manufactured with CAD/CAM/CAE and other computer-aided technologies as well as various sophisticated CNC machining centers and testing equipments and have passed the ISO quality system certification, so they can meet the needs of high-end customers at home and abroad. Based on our scientific production techniques, strict quality management and advanced service ideas, we have won a good reputation among domestic and foreign customers and established a close cooperative relationship with them.
The Company has more than 70 employees, including 15 technicians. It covers a land area of 16,000 square meters and a construction area of 7,000 square meters. It has 26 CNC machining centers and more than 40 other turning, milling, boring and grinding equipments, with an annual production capacity of 1200 sets of molds.
Our main products include horizontal line molds, vertical line molds, hot and cold core molds, stacked box coated sand molds, resin sand molds and precise cast molds. These products involve the industries: pumps, valves, pipelines, automobiles, internal combustion engines, construction machinery, etc. The molds produced by the Company have become the matching products for many well-known automatic molding line enterprises at home and abroad such as DISA, HWS, TOKYU, Hunter, Sintokogio, Jinan Foundry and Metalforming Machinery, Forging, Baoding Weier etc.
